All staff was very friendly and the building/office is very nice modern and clean. I was roomed right away and staff came to my room within a few minutes. Extremely impressed with everything.

From check-in to check-out the whole procedure was smooth, quick, and courteous. Everyone in the office was really friendly, and we were made to feel very welcome. Ms. Wingo was great with my 14 year-old explaining things in terms she could understand. I am so glad we found this office!

Samantha wanted me to go to OBED for BP concerns. She explained everything to me but was also very nice and reassuring. I am thankful she sent me as our little baby boy was born almost 12 hours later. I really appreciate Samantha’s kindness.

Friendliness
I was there to get my nexplanon implant replaced and it has shifted down a lot further down than where it was put in.. but they handled it well and numbed my arm so I couldn’t feel the pain. They were great!!
Samantha is great and very knowledgeable. She is friendly, answers questions thoroughly, and is quick to return messages in MyChart. This is my second pregnancy using the Clayton office.
I love her personality and passion for her job to make sure I understand everything.
Ms. Samantha and her assistant did a phenomenal job at making me feel welcomed, validated, and truly as if I mattered. From the time I entered the office, the entire process was organized, thorough, and unlike any other experience I have had in navigating health care systems. This was the first time I have never had to wait to check in, on a provider, or to not feel rushed and it was an excellent experience. Very worth it for me to drive from Fayetteville for excellent care.
Samantha was great at helping me relax during a physical exam. She always does a great job of educating and answering questions I didn’t know I had.
Everyone from the ladies at the desk to my nurse, OB and her student were so personable and welcoming. Not once did I feel like a patient that was to be rushed out. Everyone took their time and made my husband and myself welcome to be there <3

Patient care
Ms. Leesha was assisting my NP throughout the visit and I thought she was extremely helpful and calming. This was my first visit and I believe I was calmer because of how she made me feel comfortable and reassured me the process will be alright.

Everything was amazing. I have always been nervous at doctors appointment or always felt ashamed because of my weight but that was not the case here and I felt so comfortable. I will not be seeing anybody else from now on. Awesome experience.

Let's be honest gynecologist appointments aren't fun, but when you feel as comfortable as Samantha makes you feel it is amazing. The best bedside manner I have ever encountered as a patient! I could not recommend her enough!
