From the moment I met Dr. Namireddy I have felt at ease. He didn’t ask a lot of questions about past conditions because he had read my medical records and was aware. He asked questions to clarify what he had read. He explained my diagnosis and talked with me about a care plan. Dr. Namireddy displayed so much confidence in the plan that I jumped on board and I am confident things will work out fine. This is a scary time but being listened to and heard by a Dr. can change a lot. Dr. Namireddy is amazing and I am glad that he is my Dr. here at Wake Med. The whole staff at Wake Med Cancer Center and Wake Med hospital have been very helpful and so gracious. I have had and I’m sure will continue to have a great experience through this situation.
Everyone from the Receptionist, the Wonderful Caring Nurses, the Scheduler, Dietitian, and especially our Wonder amazing, caring Doctor. We feel that there is absolutely nothing that needs to be improved.

Diagnosed with [] in [] I feel it is an honor and privilege to be cared for by Dr. N, his fabulous cancer coordinator, Sheila who takes my blood and everyone connected with this facility. From reception to chemo and now infusions, I have never met in my [] years a more capable, professional and caring team. My tumor is totally gone and I receive [] which have had some adverse reaction and I am always responded to and helped. I truly feel blessed to have Dr. N and his team helping me navigate these difficult days!
The explanations of the medications and how they work with my cancer and the side effects. How you should feel sometimes after your treatments, how to keep yourself clean and lots of other facts that you have to be aware of. I love the staff because of their ability, to answer your questions and information that they are always willing to help you.
I was checked in and seen very quickly. Dr. Namireddy has been wonderful in regards to calling and explaining the procedures and options for treatment.

The entire office was respectful and kind. It's rare to walk into a doctors office and be treated with the kindness and dignity they were showing not only myself, but all the other patients as well. I love that Dr. Namireddy took the time to examine me, ask questions and then set up some appropriate follow-up testing. His nurse even called me today to make sure I didn't have any questions and to see about scheduling some testing for me. I really cannot thank them enough!

He didn't act like it was an imposition and didn't rush through the explanation. When I left there my daughter and I knew every step in the upcoming plan of care. I have an appointment next week and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be treated the same as the first time. I can assure you after you read this and have your first appointment at WakeMed Cancer Care Raleigh the staff will also treat you with the utmost respect, caring, compassion, friendliness and give you 110% of their attention.
