Dr. Calloway and his technical staff conducted hearing assessments that confirmed mild to moderate loss of hearing and hearing aids were recommended. Dr. Calloway provided professional care and demonstrated personal compassion for me as his patient. The overall office atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Wonderful friendly staff that assisted Dr. Calloway. From checking in to leaving, smiles and empathy were evident. It’s nice to see friendly faces when you need help. Dr Calloway was very professional and yet personal. He took time to listen, examine, anesthetize and treat. He had reviewed the imaging I’d had done prior to seeing me. Very nice to see a physician who has taken the time to review your case prior to walking through the door.
Dr. Calloway's suggestions were very good in reference to need for hearing aids. I wasn't pushed to get them immediately.

Trying to get an appointment for the ENT clinic takes a good month or more to schedule. I've been coming to this clinic for a long time. Hence my appointment was late in the month of [DATE]. Dr. Calloway and Ashley, audiologist, were so helpful in helping me with what I needed and helped me get my hearing aids. Ashley made time for me to return during her lunch break to help me with hearing aid fitting and a follow-up appointment, Many thanks.

Doctor Calloway was really great. He really showed he cared for my daughter and took her feelings to heart. He was very comforting to her when having to clean out her ears. She was having pain while he was doing it due to having very sensitive ears and he kept telling her how great she was doing and took the time to get her through it. Since he took that time with her he was able to really clear her ears out and she FINALLY was able to pass her hearing test. The face my daughter made when she found out she passed was absolutely priceless. The smile on her face said it all. Thank you Dr Calloway.

My post operation visit was very good. I was healing nicely and everything Dr. Calloway told me to suspect happened and he gave me very instructions on what to do at home. I will very pleased with my experience.

The interaction between all staff and each client was professional and not rushed or hurried. I had in depth testing done on many levels. Not at any time did the staff seem hurried or rushed but took the time to be completely thorough. I personally somplimented Dr Callaway on his staff and their outstanding engagements with myself and others I observed.

Yes I have been dealing with some kind of [] for 4 months and haven't been able to breathe and using nasal sprays every day all day. At my appointment the doctor put a camera in my nose and took a sample so. Immediately I could breathe for the first time in over 4 months.
Always love when you have a doctor who doesn’t make you feel sensitive or silly about whatever you’re coming to them for. Everyone was very good about that.

The Speech therapy team (Chad and aid) stopped by to see me. I asked for a new speaking valve for my throat, and they asked the speech department to bring one up. not only did they bring one up but the head speech doctor stopped by to see how I was making out. That was very nice of them to do that. They went above a beyond to do that. Outstanding!!
