We are so fortunate to have Dr. Ferguson as our daughter’s ENT surgeon. He has given us all of the tools to make educated and informed decisions in her care and he truly cares about what is best for her while listening and understanding our needs as a family. From the first visit to my son’s surgery to this after visit was have been overjoyed with the care Dr. Ferguson has provided. He has been very clear with all of us about the surgery and the recovery. Our prescription was unable to be filled at our pharmacy and he called me directly to make that right. He was very interested in our son’s healing and the outcome of the surgery. I’m a RN and I’m 62 years old. I have seen a lot over 30 years of nursing and I received excellent care. I apologize for not remembering names but all the staff did an excellent job. My pre-op nurse was so wonderful and put my mind at ease before my surgery. Dr Ferguson is an outstanding physician . He is obviously talented and has a great bedside manner. Thanks to all the staff as everyone did a outstanding job!
We were seen very quickly after checking in. We forgot our masks and the front desk staff was very understanding and provided us with them. Dr. Ferguson was amazing and so wonderful with our child. The audiologist explained everything to her and helped ease her nervousness and mine. Dr. Ferguson explained the tests results to us where we were able to understand them and we left understanding everything with no questions! Everyone we encountered there was so friendly.
