Short wait times
Everyone is always friendly and welcoming at every appointment. They create a very comfortable atmosphere and are very knowledgeable. I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten quality care.

Dr. Mary is the best! I have white coat syndrome and get extremely anxious when going to the doctor but she put my mind at ease. The nurse was excellent as well. I never got her name but she was so kind and gentle when taking my blood for my glucose test and I hate needles. She was awesome and I barely felt the needle. I was thoroughly impressed!
A very good experience overall! Staff are nice and friendly. The NP is beyond friendly and listen to all concerns. I will miss her! No complains at all! 5 ⭐️ bravo!
I was having a very tough time and struggling emotionally related to work and she listened and genuinely showed me concern and care!
I went in for a [] and was an emotional wreck. The full impact did not hit me until I sat in the waiting room. Everyone from the nurse to Mary to the receptionist was incredibly kind and understanding. I cried in reception, in the exam room, in the lab, and basically the whole campus. Everyone offered support and community in a way that I was not expecting. Mary asked if I needed a hug, and while I declined, the respect for my person and the humanity of it all was incredible.
The staff was very friendly all the way from the front desk staff to the nurses.
They didn't rushed....and the doctor was answering all to my question....

The all team was extremely amazing!! The receptionist (especially the receptionist!!) the nurse and the doctor; those ladies have a lot of education, exceptional manners and sensibility, they made me feel safe and valued even though than I'm a foreign and English is not my native language. It feels so good being treated with respect and attended to professionals who don't discriminate against your race or your skin color

The communication
Dr Mary Sherlock has an amazing bedside manner. I would recommend her to everyone! The receptionist Lana is wonderful! She is very personable and sweet.
Extremely happy with my first visit since moving to NC last May. Mary is amazing - her personal touch makes all the difference. She went above and beyond ensure she would follow up my results with a call not once but twice. Loved the facility to begin, very updated and clean office! Also all the staff is super nice and welcoming. The receptionist could improve her explanation skills but very thing was great. My Fiancé and I are moving back up north to where we are from in MA but the only reason we are not moving back is right now is because of Cary OBGYN, we love the care I receive and don't want to anyone else taking care of us during my pregnancy besides them!

Ms. Simmons-Sherlock was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. A perfect balance of professional and friendly. She genuinely shared my enthusiasm about my pregnancy and seemed genuinely invested in me as a patient. Ms. Simmons-Sherlock was very respectful of my medical decisions, explaining the recommendations and existing data supporting them and allowing me to make my decisions free of judgement or pressure. I look forward to being under Ms. Simmons-Sherlock's care again in the future.
Before the day of the visit, I was constantly reminded of my appointment through text messages and email. On the day of my visit, I considered Mary's attentiveness to my concerns and the explanations. She took time to attend to me without rush.
Mary is amazing! She was so caring and compassionate towards me and my husband. She asked me questions and listened. I felt seen and heard. I can tell that she actually cares about me as a person and my well being. She deserves a raise, a daisy and any other accolades available. The nurse was amazing too! They were quick to fill out the paperwork that I needed and were very sweet when I was having a hard time.
