My doctor Reyes and Maria the nurse. Excellent in every way.
Our primary care doctor that was a neighbor that we have been to for 20+ years . He retired & we didn’t feel welcome by the rest of his practice. We were really at loose ends. We both had orthopedic surgery at Wake Med this year and our physical therapist , Elizabeth [], recommended the general practice, so that is how we ended up with Dr. Reyes. But we were very concerned changing primary doctors at our age after so many years. After my visit with her I am totally pleased. She was very caring, took time to listen and I am very grateful that Wake Med had us schedule an appointment before our physical to review our issues, history and medications. Thank you Liz, Dr. Reyes, and Wake Med.
Dr. Reyes was fantastic! This was a new patient visit for my elderly mother, and Dr Reyes was very thorough, kind was not rushed and took the time to explain things thoroughly. We were very happy with our visit and with Dr Reyes’ care.
I love this practice and appreciated meeting one of Dr. []'s colleagues when she was OOO and I was hoping to be seen sooner. Dr. Reyes listened to my concerns and put worries at ease. Overall visit
Dr. Reyes has EXCELLENT "bed-side" manner. I would be friends with her if we grew up together. She is by far the nicest physician I have ever had the pleasure of being seen by. Anyone seeking care needs to seek her - even if their visit is out-of-network. It's worth the self-pay. (luckily, she is in my network!)
I have recommended Dr.Reyes to many people. She is a great doctor and will forever be my gp.
The front desk, nurse, and doctor were all excellent.

Dr. Reyes is a phenomenal doctor. Kind, caring and through. I have brought other family members to her and would recommend her to anyone. I do find the appointment scheduling to be difficult. Many specialists drs do not show up on my list but if I call in I can make an appointment with them.

Dr. Reyes took her time explaining the proper use of the medication I was prescribed by another doctor in the past. No one explained it before and I found out that’s why it wasn’t effective. She genuinely seemed like she cared.

This survey reminded me that I did not send a comment about the visit I had with Dr [] in [DATE]. I visited the new location for the first time and was really impressed. It is so light and spacious comapred to the previous office. As always, Dr [] was so helpful and gave me an unhurried visit. She also took the time to explain a procedure I had elsewhere. I again had to visit the office on [DATE] and with Dr [] not being available, I was seen by Dr Reyes. Dr Reyes as well gave me amazingly attentive care and also called me at home to confirm how I should take my prescription. BOTH THESE DOCTORS ARE A CREDIT TO WAKE MED. The office may have changed but it is so nice to still see Tallie at the front desk!
