About Me
Kellie Bowen is a board-certified physician assistant and has been practicing gastroenterology and hepatology since 2018 treating several acute/chronic GI and liver conditions. She received her master’s in physician assistant studies from Duke University and bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
Bowen strives to treat each patient how she would want to be treated. She handles each patient with kindness, respect, and an unbiased perspective in order to establish trust and a strong rapport. Bowen is a lifelong learner and is always working to provide the most up to date, evidence-based medicine. She enjoys educating her patients so that they can work together to improve their quality of life. When not at work, Bowen enjoys being outside and going for walks, camping, or backpacking with her husband and dog. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
