About Me
Emily is a physical therapist who treats patients with breathing or endurance issues for any medical reason, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung cancer, sarcoidosis, heart and vascular issues or post-COVID 19. She also treats patients with dysautonomia associated with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and other conditions. Emily earned her bachelors’, master’s and doctorate degrees at UNC – Chapel Hill.
Emily appreciates the substantial amount of time a physical therapist can spend with their patients. She enjoys being active and helping others see the benefits of being active as well. In her free time, Emily enjoys hiking, yoga, travel and spending time outdoors.
