Whatever questions/concerns I had during my pregnancy, Carolyn explained it to me in a way I was able to understand and acknowledge the situations better and ease my worries. She never rushes and makes sure before I leave, being high risk, that we tackle down everything we needed to discuss. I loved the communications. To the front desk, nurses, and doctors, all were caring and worked with my schedules and needs. So grateful for those teams. I can’t thanked them enough.

Everything felt easygoing which I really need when I’ve just moved cross-country at [...]! I felt relieved and heard and overall good which might sound simple but was a big deal for me. My last hospital was not this way and I was constantly almost fighting with them to get my appts scheduled and receive good care (I need accommodations for work exc). I didn’t feel that way here. I felt if I told anyone I wasn’t well or I needed more help or something I would receive it.
All the staff is so great and caring.

All the team works was great.
This is the first place I’ve ever gone where everything I experience is perfect. Being high risk I unfortunately have to visit often but the staff make everything better. From front desk to my doctors to even the nurses I pass in the hall, everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. Bathroom and exam rooms are always clean. I never feel rushed out the door or that I ask a stupid question. Ms. Carolyn and her nurse Amber have even taken the extra step to get to know me and my family, asking how my kids are etc. Nurses and doctors make sure I leave with no questions. And if one were to pop up they call back or answer the portal very quickly! Sometimes within 10 minutes! 10/10 will recommend and hope after this birth I will be able to continue my care here.

Nancy- Nurse I spoke with Nancy about a week and a half before my appointment to confirm this third pregnancy with concerns because of a previous [], and she was so kind understanding and she listen to everything that I had to say before making the right decision for my case. She scheduled me an appointment to come in, and I felt so relieved and happy that someone took the time to listen to my concerns, and actually cared, and for that, I need Ms. Nancy to be recognized for her outstanding customer service, and ability to be genuine and kind regardless of the situation .

The receptionist explained the process of my appointment to me. I didn’t feel she was rushing. She took her time and made sure I understood the documents that I signed at check in. I was very appreciative of her. I felt I was her priority the entire time and not just “Another Patient”
I feel that the CNA Amber was wonderful leading up to meeting with Dr Carolyn. The team overall did an awesome job and even check in was great! Her excitement at the front desk was immaculate! Truly enjoyed the care provided
