I had been extremely nervous about having a PAP smear due to bad experiences in the past, and Dr, Lahti was so kind and patient. She took her time even though I’d been late (I went to the wrong place), and went out of her way to make the appointment seem relaxed and unrushed. A PAP smear is never fun but Dr. Lahti made it the least-bad PAP smear experience I’ve ever had, and now I don’t have to stress so much about the next one.
All staff were friendly and took the time to listen and show they care about me.

Dr. Lahti is extremely thorough and kind! Such a great provider to have. She took the time to go through things that are current in my pregnancy and how I can relieve certain pains etc. As well as check in on things in my medical history and when they can be re evaluated, which no other physicians have taken the time to mention. The appointment doesn't feel rushed, even as she is writing notes during the appointment.

I have seen Dr. Lahti twice and she was absolutely incredible today. I had to have an extremely invasive and painful procedure done today and she talked me through everything she was doing. Her and nurse Dot were PHENOMENAL!

Dr. Lahti spent quite a bit of time speaking with me and discussing options and back up plans and why she felt something may be contraindicated because of my history. Other doctors I see tend to try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I did not feel rushed at all with Dr. Lahti or the Medical Assistant, I think her name was Stephanie.

I also appreciated the ability to get a timely apt given my concerns and the kindness and understanding of the office staff when I needed to bring my two young children to the apt.
