Why is the WakeMed Pharmacy A More Convenient Option?

The WakeMed Pharmacy is conveniently located on the first floor of our Raleigh Campus location (near the C Elevators, next to the Gift Shop). Prescriptions can be filled here prior to leaving the hospital, which may save you from having to make one extra stop on the way home!

We also offer a discharge service, Meds to Beds (hyperlink), to help you manage your medication needs before you leave the hospital. Our discharge coordinator will deliver your prescriptions to your room, including any over-the-counter items you would like to purchase, and ensure your medication needs are met in a timely fashion so you have a smooth trip home.

What we do:

We fill prescription medications and offer a wide variety of over-the-counter products. We offer many $4 medications, $10 medications and competitively priced prescriptions. If we don’t have it on the shelf, we will order it for you.

We accept all major insurance plans. Our friendly staff members are available to answer your questions, and our pharmacists will provide counseling as requested.
