Cold and Flu Season Can Be a Monster

Flu & Cold Season Can Be A Monster

Help us protect our patients, families and staff from RSV and the flu by following these visitation restrictions effective November 1.

  • No visitors under the age of 12 are allowed in patient care areas.
  • Please do not visit patients if you are experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea or cold or flu-like symptoms.

Thank you for choosing to welcome your new baby at Wake County's only Women's Hospital in North Raleigh. Our couplet care nursing model allows you and your new baby to remain together while you are here. But we take it one step further – your spouse and children may stay with you throughout this miraculous event in your spacious post-partum suite. Because your family can be united throughout this time, everyone can be involved from the start, which is added peace of mind for you. This is what we call family-centered care.
