Urodynamics is used to verify patient symptoms of bladder control. The simplest form of urodynamic testing is uroflowmetry, which measures urine volume and flow rate. A more comprehensive test includes the measurement of bladder, rectal and urethral pressures, electromyography (EMG) of the sphincter muscles, and capacity volume measurements
