About Me
Dr. Michael Hightower has been a practicing OB/GYN since 1990, and his primary clinical interests are inpatient obstetrics and advancing the team concept of providing safe obstetric care.
Dr. Hightower received his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, completed residency at the University of Alabama Hospitals in Birmingham, and he earned a BA in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds a Master of divinity from Duke University as well.
When he is not working he enjoys golf, photography, gardening and reading.
