We appreciate you taking the time to complete this facilitator's course.  The program is divided into 4 modules.  Below is a course outline/agenda with an estimated completion time for each of the modules.

Once you have completed Modules 1, 2, and 3. Please take this Post Test

Step 3 - Register for Module 4

After completing the post test, please register for Module 4.  Module 4 is an in-person orientation of the simulation process.  We will discuss video debriefing, simulation-based education, and complete any remaining paperwork necessary prior to completing the required shadow and evaluation experience.  On your scheduled Module 4 day, please bring the following items:

  • Resume or CV
  • Letter of recommendation from your department manager or director (WakeMed employee's only)
  • Copies of relevant instructor certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, etc.)
