The Medical Simulation Center is located in the Andrews Center for Medical Education on the WakeMed Raleigh Campus. Exit the I-440 Beltline at New Bern Avenue (13A) and drive toward downtown Raleigh. You will pass through two traffic lights. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left at the Emergency Entrance to the WakeMed Raleigh Campus.
From Points East of Raleigh
Take I-40 West towards Raleigh.
Stay right at Exit 301 and travel on the I-440 beltline headed toward Wake Forest/Rocky Mount.
Take Exit 13A onto New Bern Avenue (toward downtown Raleigh).
After one mile
WakeMed Raleigh Campus will be on your left.
Enter the hospital at the Emergency Entrance
From Points North of Raleigh
Take US 1/US 401/Capital Blvd. south.
Merge onto I-440 East toward Rocky Mount/Inner Beltline.
Once on I-440 East
Take Exit 13A onto New Bern Avenue (toward downtown Raleigh)
After one mile
WakeMed Raleigh Campus will be on your left.
Enter the hospital at the Emergency Entrance
From Points West of Raleigh
Travel on I-40 east
Take the Wade Avenue exit (Exit 289) toward I-440/US 1 North
Merge onto I-440 North toward Wake Forest Rocky Mount/Wilson
Follow the I-440 beltline around Raleigh
Take Exit 13A onto New Bern Avenue (toward downtown Raleigh)
After one mile
WakeMed Raleigh Campus will be on your left
Enter the hospital at the Emergency Entrance
From Points South of Raleigh
Take US 1 North
Take Exit 293 onto the I-440 beltline heading east towards Benson/Rocky Mount/Wilmington.
Stay in left lanes on I-440 at Exit 301 heading toward Rocky Mount
Take Exit 13A onto New Bern Avenue (toward downtown Raleigh)
After one mile
WakeMed Raleigh Campus will be on your left
Enter the hospital at the Emergency Entrance
