Dr. Woods is outstanding. She provides a quality service with explanation as needed. She listens to my concerns and incorporates into discussion of plan. She tells me when I am wrong and provides data/knowledge to explain. The check in staff, nurses and vampire folks are also top notch.
The front desk lady named Lacy was bottoms chinstrap and helpful. There was a misunderstanding with scheduling which would have changed the outcome of my visit. She straightened things out and asked afterward if everything was taken care of. She is a blessing!

From check-in to doing my blood work I was impressed with everyone I interacted with for their positive attitude and excellent skill at doing their part of my appointment. It was apparent that both my nurse and Dr Woods had read reviewed my chart ahead of my appointment which I really appreciated. I felt I got complete and compassionate care for my visit.
