Biography

Katherine Wilson, MPAS, PA-C is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She completed her Master’s degree at Campbell University after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology from The University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining the WakeMed Physician Practices - Employee Health team, Katherine worked at a busy Urgent Care in the Triangle area for several years.

Katherine is dedicated to providing patient-centered quality care that focuses on the whole patient through evidence based medicine. Mrs. Wilson has a background in sports medicine and physical therapy, and her clinical interests include orthopedics, acute care medicine, as well as Women’s health.

Katherine is originally from the California Bay Area, relocated to the Raleigh area in 2012, and is here to stay since meeting her husband Mike. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cooking, and woodworking.
