Biography

Dr. Judy Brangman is a board certified internal medicine physician with clinical interests in prevention, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, diabetes, and hypertension. Before earning her medical degree, she worked as a medical technologist for several years. Having completed medical school and residency in North Carolina, she is committed to providing the highest level of patient care with the ultimate goal of improving the overall health of this region. Previously, she worked as a hospital medicine physician with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group in northern Virginia.

Dr. Brangman is committed to improving the overall health of her patients by helping them to make lifestyle changes, particularly with improving their nutrition and other health habits. She is focused on patient education and ensuring that her patients see themselves as partners with the health care team and are comfortable asking questions and communicating openly.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Brangman enjoys international travel, cooking, cultural events, and volunteering at church.
