The quickness of being seen. I went back in 1-2 minutes of arrival. Dr. Tanner is so compassionate. He spent a long time listening to me. Made appropriate referrals. I also love connecting with him through My Chart. His responses are quick. Don't need to worry about calling the office numerous times. He's an excellent PCP.

This is the first time I have ever seen Dr Tanner. He was respectful and polite. He listened and ruled out all but possible muscular issue. Given my history of [] issues with my spine, I made a decision to see my orthopedist after several days of following Dr. Tanner’s recommendation. They did an X-ray which confirmed my [] is still correctly placed. They did a trigger point injection in hopes that will calm down the inflammation and on-going pain. I think Dr Tanner did all that he could at the moment.
The check-in process was efficient and courteous. Dr. Tanner's medical assistant was excellent: walking me through the preparation process and answering questions thoroughly. Likewise, Dr. Tanner patintly answered my questions and concerns in layman's language and provided advice that was easy to understand.
