How Well is Wake County?

We want to improve the health and well-being of Wake County residents. But, we can’t do it without your help.

Wake County Human Services, the local hospitals and our community partners have launched a survey to gather input from those who know the county best – our residents. It’s called the Community Health Needs Assessment.

Getting Involved is Easy!

Web-based surveys are now live and ready for completion.

Our Well Being

What will we do with the information we gather?

We’re glad you asked. We’ll take the results and review them. Then, we’ll go back to Wake County residents early next year and ask you to help us prioritize all the needs you identified.

We’ll use your responses to create a report that will help the county, the hospitals and our community partners develop a strategic action plan. Together, we will use this plan as the road map to improving the health and well-being of our community.
