A Healthworks Personal Trainer will:

Kelsey Merriam

Kelsey Merriam earned her B.S. as a Health Fitness Specialist and her M.S. in Exercise Physiology at ECU. She is an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Merriam enjoys working with a variety of individuals and believes exercise should be a fun and rewarding experience!

Cheryl Kidd

Cheryl Kidd holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from ECU. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, IFTA Group Fitness Leader and IFTA Cycle Instructor. She specializes in TRX and various training modalities in both individual and group settings. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including clinical populations and those with special needs.

Joelle Sevio

Joelle Sevio holds a B.S. in Health Science from UNC-CH. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. She has competed in long distance running and triathlon races for more than 12 years. Sevio has a passion for inspiring and motivating individuals of all fitness levels to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals, through a whole person approach.

Greg Hayes is an ACE Certified personal trainer. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from WSSU. Greg enjoys working with a variety of individuals to help them find the right exercise regimen to meet their goals.

30 Minute Sessions

  • 5 Sessions - $165
  • 10 Sessions - $300 (includes a complimentary gym membership)
  • 20 Sessions - $560 (includes a complimentary gym membership)

45-min Sessions

  • 5 Sessions - $240
  • 10 Sessions - $450 (includes a complimentary gym membership)
  • 20 Sessions - $800 (includes a complimentary gym membership)

Personal Training is an individualized, one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional who works with you to help you reach your goals.

Personal Training Plus

Initial Consultation - $25

30-min Sessions

  • 5 Sessions - $185
  • 10 Sessions - $350
  • 20 Sessions - $660

45-min Sessions

  • 5 Sessions - $290
  • 10 Sessions - $550
  • 20 Sessions - $1000

Personal Training Plus is a one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional for individuals with medical conditions limiting participation in any group setting and/or individuals who need hands-on assistance for transfers.
