Hailee earned her B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science at Meredith College and her M.A. in Exercise Physiology from UNC-CH. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. She enjoys helping people achieve their health and wellness goals and especially loves to empower women through strength training.
Joelle holds a B.S. in Health Science from UNC-CH. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and has competed in long distance running and triathlon races for more than 12 years. Joelle has a passion for inspiring and motivating individuals of all fitness levels to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals, through a whole person approach.
Kelsey earned her B.S. as a Health Fitness Specialist and her M.S. in Exercise Physiology at ECU. She is an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Kelsey enjoys working with a variety of individuals and believes exercise should be a fun and rewarding experience!
Connor earned his B.S. in Health and Fitness at ECU, where he was a placekicker on the football team. He is an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. He enjoys working with individuals who are interested in working toward a healthier and more active lifestyle.

30 Minute Sessions
Personal Training is an individualized, one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional who works with you to help you reach your goals.
Personal Training Plus is a one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional for individuals with medical conditions limiting participation in any group setting and/or individuals who need hands-on assistance for transfers.
Intro to PT (three 45-min sessions) - $99
Join a partner or small group for sessions of fun, friendship, and fitness! Healthworks Fitness and Wellness Center is now offering personal training sessions for partners (2 people) or small groups (3-5 people).
