Emily Miller is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner who joined WakeMed Physician Practices - Pediatrics after working as a registered staff nurse in pediatrics at WakeMed. She is a member of the WakeMed's Continuous Quality Improvement Team and Patient Safety Team. Miller received her master's degree in nursing to become a pediatric nurse practitioner from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her special interests include diabetes in the pediatric patient and caring for children with medically complex conditions.
