Dr. Armstrong is very professional and thurohal and his assistant Monica is very professional as well.
So I came in thinking one thing was happening and was surprised and a little nervous when I was told why I was there. Dr Armstrong was very observant of how nervous I was. He was able to pull up my chart and explain what he was about to do. He made sure I understood, and he was very considerate. He truly show me the epitome of what it means to be a doctor. His staff talk with me during the procedure to keep me comfortable. I don’t know that I would want to go to any other OBGYN and I will forever recommend him to other.
All aspects were above expectations.
Dr.Armstrong was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions as well as my husbands. He made eye contact with us both and reassured us that we have the right to make the decisions we feel are best.
Everyone was friendly from check in to check out. I felt very comfortable and heard. Dr. Armstrong was very attentive to my needs and took into account my schedule when planning for my procedure and did it that day. I appreciate that.

I have been struggling with feeling like some other doctors do not listen when I've came in to the office and feeling rushed. My boyfriend shares the same sentiments. Dr. Armstrong really made us feel heard. He was empathetic and explained everything. He did not just brush any symptoms I was having off as just symptoms of pregnancy but instead pushed for testing and offered solutions. He really provided quality care!! He heard me!! He didn't just blame or insinuate that my issues stemmed from me being overweight.

Everyone was absolutely beautiful.
I had come in originally to discuss some side effects of one of my medications/ other forms of contraception. Dr Armstrong and staff made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I was even able to get my [] done same day which was a pleasant surprise. They stayed after hours to make sure I was okay and it showed a lot of care and compassion. I have always highly recommended this office to friends/family and I will continue to do so.
Great bedside manner
Having literally been a shut-in for the past few years, even pre-Covid, I was most surprised at the level of interest and kindness dedicated directly to me and my case. Dr. Armstrong took the time to show and explain my scans and diminish the fear without giving me false hope. He answered concerns and encouraged me to ask questions. He considered my needs and made recommendations based on them and what would be easiest for me to help me make the best decisions for my next steps.
My visit was excellent in all performance and conditions.

When my husband and I saw Dr. Armstrong for a preconception consultation, he was very kind, warm and understanding. He answered all of our questions and even took the time to explain his answers. Compared to my previous visits, I really did appreciate Dr. Armstrong’s attention to detail and for the first time I felt heard as an OB patient. With prenatal visits it’s so easy for some concerns to be brushed off as being “normal” but Dr. Armstrong did take the time to explain my concerns and actually address them. I truly do appreciate

I’ve checked “excellent” for many surveys, but in the case of Dr. Armstrong, I wish there was more of a superlative to distinguish this survey from the others. He is a truly excellent doctor, in all of the aspects the survey asked about. Most especially, he gave me a research article on [ ] that was a very thorough exposition on all aspects of the condition. He had been going to print a photo from the article, and I asked, “Can I have the whole article?” I haven’t read it all yet, but it’s like gold to me, as far as it’s usefulness, as it flipped through it. I am so happy to have it to consult more thoroughly! Dr. Armstrong addressed my particular issues above and beyond assistance I received from any other obgyn. I’ve consulted two WakeMed obgyns plus PT for [ ], which helped, but Dr. Armstrong proceeded well beyond the PT, and truly addressed the problem. I have yet to follow through, but I have tools and understanding now. Thank you Dr. Armstrong!!!!

Dr Armstrong was one of the most compassionate doctors I have the privilege to meet. He was very understanding of my condition and very through in explaining all of my options. He was not hurried at all. He was excellent and I have already recommended him to all my friends. Your clinic is very fortunate to have such as asset.
I gave birth to my first child at wakemed new bern under the supervision of doctor amstrong and his team ( doctors [ ], Laurein [ ], etc)they took care of me and my pregnancy from start to finish and i am very satisfied as i often say "everything profession is an achievement but for others it is a gift these” the case for this team
Dr Armstrong was kind, spent time addressing our concerns and worked to help us find comfort. We were/are nervous bc I [ ]. He made no guarantees but was thoughtful about listening to our concerns and responded w/ appropriate empathy.
Dr. Armstrong was absolutely hands down the best make gynecologist I’ve ever seen. He was so caring and understanding. He explained more than I’ve ever seen a physician explain. He had empathy and compassion. The level of professionalism was outstanding. This was my child’s appointment but I am going to request him from now on as well.

Dr. Armstrong is literally my favorite provider. He is so genuine and caring. I really appreciate how nice he is and answers all my questions. He delivered my first baby and I hope he’ll be on call and deliver my second.
Dr. Armstrong is consistently one of the nicest, most thoughtful physicians I have ever worked with. I feel like he actively listens to my concerns and talks through them with me versus brushing anything off. Additionally, and I did not catch her name, but the nurse that did my vitals that morning was also excellent. She was very warm, friendly, and just a great attitude.

Dr. Armstrong is always extremely patient, compassionate, and kind when we discuss my health and family planning. He takes as much time as needed to listen to my concerns and answer any and all questions that I have. He’s also been very sensitive to my past trauma and has effectively helped me find appropriate mental health care as well. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Armstrong a lot during my pregnancy and he delivered my child, and I've always had a wonderful experience as a patient.
