Physician Bio

Dr. Lindsee McPhail attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) on a Morehead Scholarship. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics before continuing her education at UNC-CH, receiving her medical degree and a master’s degree in Public Health. Dr. McPhail completed her residency in general surgery at UNC Hospitals and was a fellow in minimal invasive surgery there.

She was also an ACS Health Policy Research Institute fellow at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research in Chapel Hill.
