I was extremely impressed with how respectful and thoughtful my doctor was, she made sure to ask questions and really listen to my answers and I loved that she was already thinking about the future and what could be in store for my health down the road. She was extremely culturally sensitive and I felt very safe. Everyone that I encountered in the office was kind and helpful, especially the people who checked me in and out and the medical assistant who took my vitals, did my intake, and gave me a vaccine.

My appointment with Dr. Cziraky was scheduled several months in advance, I trusted my oncology office to guide me to the right new provider but had reservations waiting so long. But I now know why there is such a long wait, Dr. Cziraky is an excellent provider, she made me feel comfortable (not always easy in medical offices), was very thoughtful, kind, relatable, thorough and professional. She made sure all of my questions were answered. The WakeMed system has so far been very good, the referrals she gave me on Monday have all been scheduled so Dr. Cziraky’ s follow up was fantastic. I have already recommended Dr. Cziraky to others.

I was notified that there was an opening for my physical. Shauna remembered when she scheduled me that I would like an earlier appointment. She called me to move up my appointment. She was very welcoming when I came for my appt.
As a new patient and one who has avoided doctors for many years my experience with Dr. Cyzraki has made me realize the importance of being more informed of my current state of health and that having a primary care doctor that was thorough as well as one that took some time to get to know me and answer my questions with a thoroughness as well as caring is very important to address my current state of health. The staff and nurses were also very helpful and pleasant.

From the at the front counter, the nurse that took my vitals reviewed my medications, to Dr. Cziraky who took the time to cover everything, and finally the phlebotomist who took my blood all were very nice and helpful.

My care relationship with Dr C has lasted a long time and I couldn’t be happier with her as my physician.
Dr Cziraky gave me excellent instructions as far as symptoms that would require me to go to the ER. These symptoms occurred and I was admitted as a result. Without her instructions I might have stubbornly delayed. She also sent me a follow up message when she saw that I had gone to the hospital which made me feel that she is still following up on me and cares about me.
