Dr. John Kelley received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1970 and his Medical Degree from The Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem in 1974. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at The Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia in 1977.
Dr Kelley then returned home to Whiteville, North Carolina and practiced Internal Medicine for seven years before completing his Fellowship in Cardiology at The Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 1986. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Kelley and his wife have lived in Raleigh Since 1986.
