Flu is prevalent in our community right now. Visit our Flu Resource Center to learn about flu prevention, signs and symptoms, and help us protect our patients, families and staff from RSV and the flu by following these visitation restrictions.
Dr. Jack Noneman joined Carolina Cardiology (now WakeMed Heart & Vascular Physicians) in 1987 after serving as an assistant professor of medicine at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) School of Medicine and director of the C.V. Richardson Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at North Carolina Memorial Hospital (also part of UNC-CH). His clinical interests include general cardiology (heart failure, valvular disease and aortic stenosis) as well as invasive cardiology (stents, angioplasties, catheterizations). Dr. Noneman is experienced and efficient in treating such conditions as coronary artery disease, heart attacks, chest pain and angina, and helping his patients manage these conditions.
Dr. Noneman and his team are committed to giving each of their patients an exceptional care experience, every time. He explained, “We know that each of our patients is different and unique, and it’s our mission to find a treatment plan that best suits that patient and his or her lifestyle.”
Here at WakeMed, Dr. Noneman has always been impressed with the quality of the nurses and support staff in the catheterization lab and coronary care units. “Even the most accomplished physician needs the right nursing and support team to do the best job possible for the patient. I am very thankful we have that here at WakeMed.” Dr. Noneman is married and has two grown children. Because he and his wife are now “empty nesters,” they have more flexibility to travel, which they both enjoy. Dr. Noneman also enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking in his spare time.
