I have been very satisfied with the downtown Wake Med office. My PA is on leave, but I felt I received quality care. Because of the highest incidence of Blk women with cervical cancer, I insisted on a pap smear. Dr. T explained the recommendation of not needed by women over 65–Me—but respected my decision and carried out the exam with a nurse present. I appreciated him respecting my request.
The nurse starts taking my vitals was very pleasant.

Every time I visit Dr. Tadros he always takes his time. There is NEVER a feeling of being rushed. The medical assistant was friendly and competent. The lab-tech was excellent; I never had an easier blood draw. I think all the staff is excellent.
Dr. TADROS is an excellent provider that gives exemplary care an is always a good listener and kind genuinely cares about his patients and gives clear and concise discharge instructions. Overall an excellent physician and the downtown location has the best staff kind, polite, and courteous.
When I am seen at the clinic I never have to wait long . Every one is friendly and efficient. I feel confident that medical problems will be taking care.
I like how Dr. Tadros was very personable and took time with me . He went through my past illnesses seen on my chart and showed concern about how things are going in my recovery.

Dr Tadros does not keep his patients waiting long in the examining room after the nurse assistant performs vitals and updates of medical history. This makes for less anxiety and frustration which is much appreciated and outstanding.

I've never had a more efficient visit - I had barely sat down in the waiting room before my name was called. The nurse was quick but didn't make me feel rushed during my intake and was very thorough, and Dr. Tadros came in shortly after her. He went through all my conditions, medications, and concerns that I had, as well as making recommendations for the future and answering any questions I had about that. The lab technician was so sweet and had no trouble at all, and the reception staff was kind and welcoming as well. I think in total the whole visit took me maybe 20 minutes. I was very impressed with this staff and will certainly recommend them to anyone seeking care. Thank you for such an easy wellness visit!

Dr Tadros is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor that goes over and beyond for his patients. He always spends enough time informing me about my health and making sure that I understand what I need to do to maintain and have a good quality of life at home with my family. I am 93 years old and it is not like going to the doctor and more like visiting a very good friend that cares.
