Biography

Robert “Crews” Edens is a certified physician assistant who specializes in adult primary care, and has clinical interest in preventative medicine and both acute and chronic disease management. He is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mr. Edens earned his bachelor’s degree with distinction in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his master’s degree in physician assistant studies at East Carolina University.

Crews strives to deliver the highest level of care by using an evidence-based and compassionate approach to improve the health of his patients. He takes time to listen to concerns and develop long-term relationships with patients. Outside of clinical life, Crews enjoys travel, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and is a film and live music enthusiast.
