Mr. Edens is a North Carolina native physician assistant who specializes in primary care. He is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

Crews earned his bachelor’s degree with distinction in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his master’s degree in physician assistant studies at East Carolina University. While at ECU, he was a student board representative with the NCAPA and was involved with drafting legislation that impacts physician assistant initiatives at a state and national level.
