Physician:In all cases, a Physician Medical Director will provide clinical oversight for the entire care team, supervising clinical decision-making and the patient’s plan of care.
Registered Nurse:Provides clinical evaluation and treatment under the supervision of the Physician Medical Director.
Advanced Practice Provider:Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) are qualified to diagnose medical problems, order treatments, prescribe medications, and make referrals for a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Registered Dietitian: Provides diet and nutrition counseling, tailored to meet the needs of the patient, taking into consideration any chronic diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.
Exercise Specialist: Offers individualized counseling and support for incorporating exercise into a healthy lifestyle. Health Educator: Provides individual counseling and guidance or group classes and programs based on specific needs identified among your employees.
