About Me
Chad Gravatt is an orthopedic specialist. His clinical interests include but are not limited to manual therapy, sports injury prevention and therapy, orthopedic issues, vestibular rehab for balance/dizziness, back/spine issues, post-surgical rehab and concussion. Gravatt completed his undergraduate degree in health science and his master’s degree in physical therapy from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. He has been with WakeMed Rehabilitation for many years.
As a student athlete, Gravatt suffered injuries, which eventually led to surgery and physical therapy. He became enamored with the mechanics of the human body and the challenge of solving the biomechanical puzzle of injuries and musculoskeletal dysfunction. He enjoys time with family, ice hockey, snowboarding and recreational construction/woodworking.
