Chad Gravatt has been with WakeMed since 2010 after a 6-year career in Michigan. He attended Grand Valley State University graduating with a master’s degree in physical therapy in 2004. He then worked in an outpatient manual therapy clinic where he did extensive training in manual techniques of the spine, extremities, and the jaw. Chad continues to focus on a manual-based approach to orthopaedics to help his patients lead independent active lifestyles. In addition, he spent 2 years on the medical staff for the Battle Creek Revolution, an AAHL hockey team. With experience in a wide range of orthopaedics ranging from the geriatric patient to the pro athlete, Chad understands the importance of treating the individual for his or her specific goals and lifestyle.
