Compliments & Concerns

At WakeMed, we constantly look for ways to improve the care and service we provide.

Patient and family feedback helps us recognize staff members who deliver high-quality care and service and identify opportunities for improvement. We encourage patients and family members to share compliments and concerns with our staff members, the unit manager, and/or hospital administration.

After returning home, patients may receive a call from an individual asking about the care they received. This call is placed by a company hired by WakeMed to conduct patient satisfaction surveys.  We encourage  patients and their family members to openly share comments and compliments about the staff, care and services they received at WakeMed.  Knowing what we have done well and where we have opportunities for improvement helps us deliver the finest healthcare possible to each and every patient.
