Everyone I have spoken with have been extremely friendly!
[NAME]''s test results did not come from her pediatrician. I appreciated him taking the time to do this and waiting with us while I called the pediatrician, asked for the results to be sent, and then talked to us about possibilities while we waited to get the results. He had made a plan in case he didn''t see them, and I appreciated that. He told me he would call me as soon as he got them. The results came before we left the office so he came back in to talk to us one more time. The plan didn''t change but I really appreciated the extra time he spent with us to get those results.
Took the time to understand why we were there. And explained everything perfectly.
Dr Kantor''s friendliness and patience put both parents and child at ease.
