Dr Windberry provided an overall outstanding service he''s very friendly listened to all of my concerns provided an excellent explanation of events and showed that he cared about my daughters issues.
Staff was friendly, prompt, and understanding. They spent time listening to our concerns, spoke to my child and took her words into account, and explained the possible causes with solutions. Other doctors had brushed our concerns aside when blood work came out ok but the staff at WakeMed Pediatric GI found the actual cause of the pain and gave us wholistic medications and remedies that have helped to minimize my daughters discomfort.
Doc Winberry was compassionate and knowledgeable.
Doctor''s talk provides mental comfort and we were less worried about kid''s stomach pain while leaving his office. We (mom and dad of patient) liked how he did not try to scare and explained what could possibly cause pain.Hope my kid feel better :( am sure doctor is trying his best.
