I want to point out that my registration was excellent -- from door to front desk to cubicle, in this time of COVID, we spoke about the precautions (I am a physician) and how well they handled them, quietly, professionally, nearly invisibly and politely with me, and from what I noticed, with other patients and families who arrived with more family members in tow than was permitted
The overall staff was over the top, very friendly, caring, interested
The person who did the Echo was exceptionally good. He explained what was happening and answered all my questions as best he could and let me know which ones the doctor would answer. This is an exceptional practice. We are lucky to have this practice in the area.
