WakeMed Patient - March 2020

The entire staff was very kind and patient. As for Dr Robinson, I came for a visit about my child currently still in the womb and he was so amazing at explaining every detail all the while making me feel comfortable during the visit even though it wasn''t perfect news. I appreciate his love and care for us and our soon to be born child.

WakeMed Patient - March 2020

THE FACILITY!!! We are use to going to WakeMed - New Bern Avenue ... seemed really great to show up to an OUTPATIENT facility instead of a hospital. We also felt the pediatric experience was better in the Clayton office rather than our little one having to be in the same hallway as the geriatric population. As much as I love our geriatric population, when you have a kiddo, the more â??funâ?? a doctor''s visit can be - the better for EVERYONE involved. Our EKG Technician was pediatric focused! Loved her! The room was decorated so that my little girl felt like she was in our playroom versus a doctor''s office! The EKG Technician went above and beyond asking for input to ease or daughter''s anxiety and also for ideas to help her future patients! Of course, as usual - Dr. Robinson was phenomenal! So glad WakeMed has taken time to focus on pediatric cardiology with their hire with him! Dr. Robinson always seems to take time to educate the parents! We love him! Keep up the good work!
