Overall-from The male nurse at Wake Healthplex in Apex, the assistant to Dr Chawla the day I was seen in his office and Dr Chawla himself to the pre-op nurse for my surgery at Raleigh Wake Med all excellent at their jobs! I was so nervous on top of my kidney stone pain bc of Covid 19 but never had I been treated so well at all 3 facilities/care was excellent. Thank you.
The doctor was very professional check in staff was very efficient and quick no waiting at all in the room and was sent to x-ray almost immediately after my appointment when thinking I was gonna have to come back wait urology is number one in my book. The earliest appointment I could get with our local urologist was in June now I have the peace of mind of knowing what the problem was if any and
From the front office staff, to the Nurses, to the people who returned our phone calls, all went above and beyond especially dealing with COVID19. Nobody likes going to the Urologist, but it is actually quite a peaceful office.
Dr Chawla and his staff are top rate and I thank them for their service during these difficult times
