Dr. John Sinden is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, and has been recertified in interventional cardiology. He joined Raleigh Cardiology (now WakeMed Heart and Vascular Physicians) in 1992. He specializes in adult cardiology, with expertise in general cardiology, invasive, interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular disease prevention.

Education and Training

Dr. Sinden received his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Allegheny General Hospital and his fellowship in cardiology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He holds memberships in the American College of Cardiology, Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
