WakeMed Patient - March 2020

Joanna [NAME] (Ostomy nurse) was a blessing. Her patients with all my questions and training for the care of my stoma was very reassuring and helpful. Joanna, on her off time answered my phone call and provided me with encouragement and Ostomy supplies while my materials were in shipment. [NAME] is an asset to your organization.

WakeMed Patient - March 2020

The staff was attentive, kind. and attentive. They inspired confidence that the patient was getting good care.

WakeMed Patient - March 2020

Yes! easy of handling my concerns and making me feel comfortable in that my concerns where being heard. Staff member was excellent in both attitude and assistance before, during and after the doctor was in the room.

WakeMed Patient - February 2020

When it was time for surgery I didn''t have to sit around waiting, everyone that was involved with the surgery was there, the reason for some low scores , because the doctor didn''t come by and talk to me and my wife..
