Knowing your numbers is an important step in fighting heart disease. WakeMed hosts regular cholesterol screenings for a small fee at many locations:

• Banks D. Kerr Family YMCA
• John M. Alexander Family YMCA
• The Factory, Wake Forest
• A.E. Finley YMCA
• Cary Family YMCA
• Kraft Family YMCA

Cost

• $27.00 for a full lipid panel  
• $25 for WakeMed Employees/YMCA Members/Healthworks Members

• 12 hour fast required
• Water and medication is fine but no other food or drink 12 hours prior to the screening.
