Personal Training is an individualized, one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional who works with you to help you reach your goals.
Personal Training Plus is a one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional for individuals with medical conditions limiting participation in any group setting and/or individuals who need hands-on assistance for transfers.
Hope is a graduate of East Carolina University, receiving both her undergraduate and Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She holds both the Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Hope specializes in diseased populations, especially individuals with heart disease, diabetes, or post-stroke; however, she enjoys training a variety of individuals and fitness levels.
She likes to continuously learn about her field and from the people around her. Kanisha finds happiness in the success of people reaching their fitness goals and believes if you want someone to model a behavior you too must live in that behavior.
Libby is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She has practiced predominately in cardiac care, and is currently a nurse with WakeMed’s Cardiac Rehab program.
Alongside her work in nursing, Libby is an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor, a YogaFit trained yoga instructor, and an ASCM Certified Personal Trainer. Libby finds meaning and challenge in helping a variety of clients further their wellness efforts through fitness instruction, education, and relationship-based health care.
Connor earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Fitness through the College of Human Health and Performance at East Carolina University. He was a member of the football team at East Carolina as a placekicker after walking on his freshman year.
He completed a 500 hour internship here at WakeMed prior to joining the staff. He enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals, all who are interested in working towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.
Hailee earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Sports Science at Meredith College, with a focus in Health and Wellness and a minor in Psychology. She then went on to obtain her Master’s of Science in Exercise Physiology degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Hailee is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, an ISSN Certified Sports Nutritionist, and an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. Hailee enjoys working with various populations, helping each achieve their health and wellness goals, and especially loves to empower women through strength training.
