Healthworks Group Exercise Programs provide safe, effective and fun exercise in a group setting. Our experienced and certified instructors teach a variety of classes in both the pool and in the fitness facility.

Healthworks Class Descriptions:

Chair Yoga

  • Seated mind/body practice adapting traditional yoga poses to the chair. This class challenges strength and flexibility especially for those with physical limitations or range of motion challenges.

Aqua Exercise I

  • This Level I class is suitable for most people who are comfortable getting in the pool. This class is tailored for folks looking for a slower, gentler class.

Aqua Level II

  • This Level II class has a faster pace and is more challenging. You’ll enjoy a combination of cardio, strength and stretching exercises.

Chair Exercise

  • More vigorous than Chair Yoga but easier on the joints. It teaches low impact aerobics with gentle muscle and core conditioning.

Balance Class

  • Learn techniques to improve standing posture and prevent falls.

Strength and Core Fitness & Circuit Training

  • A perfect way to build strength while toning your body.

Zumba Gold

  • Latin inspired music and dance themes create a motivating workout done at a slower pace than traditional Zumba.

**With all classes you’ll get experience using everything from resistance bands to free weights to get a full body workout. Motivating music and challenging instructors always provide guidance, modifications and encouragement to keep you motivated and moving forward.
