The willingness to care for the patient is appreciated. I would always like to be able to count on the medical services of Dr. Crane, who, by the way, responds quickly, even via email. I have been her patient for over 4 years now and I have no complaints about her. I was surprised to be able to schedule my appointment so quickly because it is no secret that getting these appointments can sometimes take months and that is what makes patients look for other doctors.

The day of my surgery all those involved in preparing me were exceptional and made me feel at ease. My surgery went well and I have recuperated very well.

There was also another nurse in training and a nursing student. . I think the student was new and one maybe has been there for longer. They were both attentive and concentrating on learning and the one that was interacting with me did a great job and took her job seriously. The other one was a student that was attentive and learning. I cannot remember her name but the nurse that has been at this practice did a great job educating the newer nurse and student. I feel extremely comfortable at this practice and actually looked forward to seeing them again based on my past experience with them. This practice has remained personable and takes care of their patients with real interaction. Since COVID, medicine is no longer handled this way. I greatly appreciate them and their approach with their patience.
