Personal Training is an individualized, one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional who works with you to help you reach your goals.
Personal Training Plus is a one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional for individuals with medical conditions limiting participation in any group setting and/or individuals who need hands-on assistance for transfers.
A Healthworks Personal Trainer will:
Be a certified, knowledgeable fitness professional
Perform a fitness assessment that evaluates cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility
Help you safely start and maintain an effective, personalized exercise program based on your specific needs and goals
Be a source of motivation and encouragement
Be a resource for the latest objective health and fitness information
Join a partner or small group for sessions of fun, friendship, and fitness! Healthworks Fitness and Wellness Center is now offering personal training sessions for partners (2 people) or small groups (3-5 people).
