Application Instructions & Checklist
- Please apply for the "Physician Assistant, Resident Surgery and Trauma" position on our website. Applications are due at least 6 months prior to the desired start date
- Once you've applied online, please send an email to let us know. This will help us track all of your information. Email us.
- In order for your application to be considered complete, the following items are also needed:
- Physician Assistant Program Diploma (if applicable)
- PANCE/PANRE Certification (if applicable)
- State Licensures (if applicable)
- Resume/CV (this may be uploaded when you apply for the position)
- Transcripts (both undergrad & PA school)
- Three (3) Reference Forms - These forms should be returned directly to our office using the mailing address provided. Your references must include a PA Program faculty member and at least one supervising/precepting MD.
- Essay - In one (1) page or less, please answer the following statement: Please discuss your interest in pursuing additional training in a trauma, critical care, and general surgical physician assistant residency program. Please also include any goals or ambitions.
