Email messages are delivered Monday through Friday between 1pm and 4pm. We can only deliver messages to patients who have been assigned a specific inpatient bed and room number. We cannot deliver messages to outpatients, emergency deparment patients or to patients who have been discharged. You can call 919-350-8000 to confirm your patient's location. To enable us to deliver your message correctly, please make sure you fill out the patient's first and last name (no nicknames) as well as the room number. Messages received after 1pm may not be delivered until the next business day.
