We provide outstanding customer service with personalized follow-through from specimen pick-up to report delivery. How do I order tests?
Laboratory orders can be made electronically via WakeMed LabWorksTM or through your Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System once access and/or connectivity is established.
How are specimens picked up?
WakeMed provides courier services for specimen pick-up and report delivery.
How are reports received?
Reports can be received electronically using WakeMed LabWorksTM or through your EMR or Practice Management system the moment the test is resulted. If you prefer, reports can be faxed or delivered via courier to the physician's office.
