Huggables

The Huggables Project is a combined effort of WakeMed, individuals, church, civic and community groups. Huggables are cloth dolls and animals stuffed with polyfill, and are made in various colors, prints and designs. They are distributed to patients, both children and adult, as a source of distraction during injuries or illnesses.

If you would like to assist in this project by organizing a group, or sewing as an individual, please contact Marie Johnson (Raleigh Campus) 919-350-8066 or Bethany Kelly (Cary Hospital) 919-350-2363.
